Off idle stumble when accelerating from a stop

2022 XLT 4k lux eco 80,000mi anyone else develop an off idle stumble once they hit the 80000mi mark? upon normal accel it stumbles like an old bogging carb motored vehicle. if i go past partial throttle or give it full throttle from a stop it doesn't stumble on itself...but normal/light throttle it does...this is a new issue for me...only other issues I have had with vehicle is the front axles that I replaced a few months ago...

No user experience on this issue, so I may be off base here. Could this be an indication of the intake valves getting carboned up as a result of the Direct Injection?

See if a KOEO and KOER test reveals sticky IAC, cylinder imbalance or something. Then read plugs, check for vac leaks, flaky check valves, coil flashover etc. Consider if a recent overnight temperature drop could have dumped water out of ethanol fuel. If all your intake, fuel and spark systems are okay, move onto timing diagnosis.

A couple days ago I had something unusual that banged and clanged a little on starting from a stop. I have a little over 6k on mine so I marked it up as turbo lag. IDK what it was.

That could be any of a pretty large number of causes. I'd start by checking for a problem injector due to bad fuel, or a fuel pressure problem. At 80k you should be replacing plugs and the fuel filter. What codes are showing?

I find the first 2 gears are awkward if you go slow because they are so short. I take off a little faster than I have in any other ride because of that.

I suggest the simplest and cheapest first action is to clean the throttle body inlet with a spray can of throttle body cleaner. It could be that easy.
