I felt the same way. I don’t even notice anymore. Go for the tailgate assist next. It’s a cheap and easy upgrade. Your truck looks great!

They look good. They should help with keeping road spray off the sides if the truck. I have not installed mine as of yet. Hopefully this week.

I bought my OEM mud flaps with my Ford points.
I'll install the mud flaps when I do my first oil change (in a couple of weeks). I have a hoist, so I can raise the truck up and stand while installing them.
Much easier on this old body.

We've got splashguards and mudflaps too. Just waiting for a Maverick to put them on. Delivery was slated for February 7th - 13th. Now May 8th - 14th. But, at least we've got mudflaps! And hood protector, and side window deflectors, and (wait for it...) snow tires.

Yeah I have them just haven't installed them yet. Building a drawer system for the bed because decked won't make them for our truck. So I said screw I'll make my own .

I noticed the tires were spraying the leading edge of the door handles, along with the lower doors and rocker panels. Installed the splash guards and all that went away. Over time that could have caused some issues for sure.

My flaps are included in my build. Glad I went with them. They look great and will protect the paint and save windshields behind you.
