I have looked all over the cab for the OBDII port on my 2024 Maverick. Where is it located? Is it hidden behind a panel? Normally they are in plain view.

It is right there where it is on every other vehicle. Below the dash right inside the drivers footwell. About where my knee would hit. But I am short, so not sure about your knees.

If you can't see it......makes me wonder if you have something like a tracker plugged into it. Sometimes the dealers do that.....but usually it is not plugged into the port, but instead spliced into the wire harness for power.

I was looking under the steering wheel wheel most ODBII ports are located.

Due to the molded raised area this is the Factory Location of the OBD port on a 2023 XLT hybrid.
If it is in another location. It has been relocated by a third party who's added something.

Ehhh - allowed to be almost anywhere under the driver side area.
2 Toyotas and Mazda all on far left side.
Other Ford on far right.
3 Fords on far left so far.

ETA:
And for every cable connector or dongle that plugs in with lettering on end - they always seem to be upside down.

If you think OBD II ports are "normally" in plain view then, buddy, you haven't worked on many cars.

I finally found it but it was hidden. Of the many Fords I have owned it was located directly under the Steering wheel in plain sight.

I finally found mine also, tucked up pretty good. Now if I could only figure out how to check auto trans fluid. No dipstick?
