Not seeing Mavericks in the wild... why not? How about your community?

I haven't seen one in the wild, other than my own.

Given the numbers produced it makes sense that they're still tough to spot. Plus we're looking for them. When you stop looking for them is when you start seeing them.

In my area, this is like hunting for Morel mushrooms. The first one is a killer to find, but once you find that 1st one, you tend to see them easier later. However, I have only seen 3 Mavericks and one may have been a duplicate since it was the same color (V.Blue).

Second spotting alert!!!!!!!!!

I think I am becoming obsessed. Driving between San Antonio and corpus Christi I came upon area 51 and pulled up next to it and rolled on my window and chatted with the fella to let him know I had one on order too.

This is in Texas on I-37 at 85 mph.

In December, I was in Maui when I saw one rolling up to a light. Think about that. I ordered one in July and someone in Hawaii ordered one....had it shipped (and I mean SHIPPED) to Hawaii before I could even get a build date. Thank you, this is very therapeutic.

I have seen 3 in the wild. The first one I saw was the day the person picked it up from the dealer, same day I placed my order. Only 2 others seen.

Still haven't seen one in the wild around Denver. I commute like 100 miles a day all over the city. I get a few questions here an there mostly people still think I just lowered a ranger or something they don't even realize it's a whole different truck.

I got mine registered at the DMV today and then had to go get an inspection sticker. The guy I went to asked me a crap ton of questions about the vehicle specs because he said the Maverick isn't even in his state inspection system yet and he had to manually punch it all in

This was AFTER he asked me if I was the owner of the lowered blue Ford Ranger (which was my Maverick) haha.

I live in Southern New Hampshire and have seen one from Southern Maine a few times.

Just saw my first one today. It was at a gas station and I was driving past. Taillights didn't look quite right for anything else in Ford's lineup.

So we live in a mid sized city in a populous state with 5 Ford dealers within 30 miles of each other but I have only seen 7 actual rigs and only at the dealers.
Today I spotted this fresh off the truck Hybrid Lariat at a dealer awaiting its prep time... first eyes on a Lariat and hybrid for me personally. Never have seen a truck out on the road. I have seen and touched an XL, XLT, AWD and now this white Lariat. Like I said 7 total in the mix.
I am a car/truck guy and can spot vehicles way off........ just not seeing many yet. I know they are being built and sold but it’s odd for me not to see someone out showing their new truck off
I feel deprived...., yet hopeful when deliveries ramp up.

Mine just sits in the garage for the most part. (currently working remote from apartment) I have seen 3 on the road aside from mine in Oklahoma.

I have seen three. One on the Beltway in my area and two in my town. One of those two is a family members. They were white, cyber orange, and my cousins is hot pepper red. Mine was going to possibly be the next with alto blue but I have since moved on.

I still haven't seen either in Houston, and I'm on the road all the time. I do see a ton of new 2022 Tucsons and also plenty of Bronco Sports though! And its not like Houston has a shortage of pickups, every third vehicle is a truck.
