My 2023 got taken in around 2k miles because instrument panel went out.

Since then got 3 recall notices.

Got my 1 yr inspect done last week... and had them take care of those recalls.

The day I got the truck back got another recall notice for the instrument blackout issue...

And then got this one yesterday too.

Come on Ford, get your S*** together.

Confused.i thought it was well known the hotspot was discontinued for the 2023 model year. I also picked up my 23 maverick in June of 23. Have not received this letter. And 20 bucks? 😆

As far as I can tell a number of Mavericks produced had window stickers that indicated the vehicles were equipped with the hotspot capability when in fact they were not, and no $20 credit was given in the Optional Equipment/Other section of the window sticker.

Thx,I will have to look at my window sticker. Curious how long the vehicles produced with the hotspot will continue to get free service.

My window sticker said -$20 for no hotspot. So if yours didn't guess you are entitled to that $20

Can't find my window sticker and didn't get a hotspot nor an offer for a refund, we were damn lucky to get the full refund for the SnugTop they had to write two checks one for the top and when they shorted us the sales tax. I'm really praying that Toyota gets into the game really fast, I'm tired of these shenanigans.

Got the same $20 letter. I don’t want the $20, I want the hot-spot. Dealership says no deal.

$20?!!!! I know d--n well a chip costs more than $20 bucks! How about 1 month's truck payment. I think that's fair!

My build sheet was clear that the AT&T Hotspot was not offered on the 2023 model. I’m fine with that because a three month trial is annoying, and I certainly didn’t want to sign up with AT&T for a hotspot service on my truck when my phone works much better! (AT&T coverage in my area is VERY unreliable.)

(and my widow sticker showed the $20 credit.)

So are all of these companies losing money selling these?

Okay, okay, a pedant might say "well, the hotspot feature isn't just wi-fi connectivity, but acting as a router."
