I received one "low battery" notice or "power saving" mode or something like that from the app and when I got it the truck, the interior lights were not coming on but it started fine. I have since had a few more times that the interior lights didn't come on but I never got the notice from the app. I didn't see any setting in the app? Any suggestions?

I suggest you try to get Ford to buy you a new battery 😬
I've been having the same issue with the interior lights not coming on since it was new (about a year). I've never received a notification. I'm going to try to get it replaced under warranty. I have an appointment in a week and a half for other unrelated issues, so we'll see what they say.

Exact same issue for me too. Mav went to sleep after sitting parked for a few days. No dome/dash/courtesy lights when I opened the door and no notification from the app. Truck still started. I have an AGM to install, just waiting for a bit cooler weather. Not sure why the app didn’t notify on deep sleep.

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

My Mav hybrid is 5 months old 2800 miles. I get in in the morning and zero interior lights and not starting. The Ford Pass app tells me it went to "deep sleep" because battery was too low. Had to the Ford road assistance and hey charged the cranking battery and it started up but check engine light was on. The Ford app then said it detected an internal fault in the powertrain control system. After 10 minutes driving the engine light went off. I had it with all these poorly engineered cheap Chinese sensors, controls and relays and have lost faith in the reliability of this Ford product. I had one recall and have to rake a day to take it to Ford so they can check these messages.
