yes. The second time got a new battery. The third time (yesterday)they got a software fix and they executed it. This is over a 9 month period. We will see if it gets it done.

A dozen Ford assist jumps and two tows for dead battery (deep sleep). Sanders Ford got a software/module fix from Ford. Hopefully that puts an end to dead battery deep sleep issues.
