I do not yet have a Maverick, so my information could be incorrect... But I believe I've read elsewhere in MTC that you can avoid this "deep sleep" issue if you occasionally use the remote start (either via the key fob or the Ford Pass app) to run the engine for a while, and let it recharge both the 12V and HV batteries.
But as others have mentioned, that may not help if your wiring harness has the defective connection.
