Noisy when idling in cold weather

10 degrees. Not in Southeast Virginia. I guess that won't happen to our hybrid.

We just spent 4 weeks of averaging -35 Celsius every day , and I had no issues whatsoever, on the other hand a lot of other vehicles not so much

yes there was a smell the first time I warmed it up by idling in the very cold weather. It finally went away though

I’m Trying to decide if bringing to dealer will be a waste of time or if they will be able to do something. I’m guessing the idle is controlled by the computer and would require an update from ford

Another one. General consensus is it does seem to be a programming issue with the remote start. Hopefully @Ford Motor Company figures it out and pushes an update

I would get it to your dealer's service department to at least get the problem on record.

Always go to the dealer. At the very least you're starting the paper trail. Not a waste of time.
