No More Black Wheels

I love the look of black wheels, especially on the Maverick because they go so well with all the black trim on the truck. They look great in certain lighting but they are hard to see the wheel details and are a nightmare to photograph.

So I decided to swap out my gloss black Asanti ABL-27’s for a set of silver Rotiform SGN’s.
(and I finally tinted my windows)

What do you think? Silver or Black?

Sure, I’ve had the other set for awhile so it was time for a change.

I would put the black ones on the passenger side and the chrome on the drivers side. That way when pass people they will think there are 2 trucks instead of 1 . Plus makes it harder to give description to the police.

I was thinking about doing that.

black - the truck looks sharper that way; with the silver the eye is drawn to the wheels and the truck is sort of a background item. Though the wheel design is cool looking and the silver ones for sure show it off better I think you're looking for a cool looking truck and you aren't as interested in people concentrating on your cool looking wheels.

I'm so burned out on black wheels. They look bad when they're not clean and just blend into the tires and trim far too much.

Loving the Rotiforms, they're a good change.

Just wash them regularly, and I think you would do that anyway. Looks great in Black!
