I don't have a lazy salesman, but I was having trouble getting some answers so I called the Sales Manager. I guess everything goes through them.

my salesperson basically advised me that “don’t call/email me…..I call/ email you when I have any updates. Period!

Getting EPA approval can be problematic at times. Lets suppose Ford is testing the Maverick for fuel economy. In their labs they are recording 40mpg (example only) goes to EPA lab gets 35mpg. There is a collective Hmmmmm. Let's figure this out. And off we go.
