Hello everyone!...new 25 Maverick XLT EcoBoost owner. Been doing a few upgrades since picking it up a couple weeks ago. Today I had a speaker upgrade done, and wow, what a difference...definitely cleaned up the sound. As you can see in the pic, the stock speaker magnets are pretty small. I didn't have a sub or amp installed, just speakers and I'm very happy with the results.

I have a '23 xlt and recently started upgrading the system. I started with the kicker key 200.4 amp with stock speakers. It was a massive improvement and I thought what the hell and ordered the kicker 6.75" and 4" speakers and it sounds even better. I went ahead and ordered the tweeters last night and will install this week bc they still sound a bit thin. I'm a real newbie to all this and have been reading a lot and it seems like the tweeters are wired inline with the front speakers. From what I think I understand that means the power to the front is split in half between the fronts and the tweeters(?). It does sound like more power is being pushed to the rear speakers even though they are smaller compared to the front. All this being said, the Kicker key 200.4 amp would make it sound even better if you want to dive a little deeper monetarily. I'm probably at about $800 with all this and kilmatt for the front doors. Kicker 200.4 and the wiring harness (plug n play kits) were close to $500 total I think.
