I agree with Bob The Builder, 90% of the time all the EV wheels are Ugly as . At least on their rendering that got rid of the flap under the headlight concept. Actually a nice looking little truck imo based on the rendering but I have my doubts Ford will actually put it in production as rendered.

Looks like a truck for people who really prefer cars.

As opposed to the Maverick, which is really for people who either honestly didn't know they preferred cars, or for people who just didn't want to admit it.

My only beef with the rendering is that even Motor Trend should know that half-assed vestigial CHMSL on the tailgate is not at all realistic. It'll be at the top of the cab, just like on every other Ford truck, including the Lightning.

I like my EcoBoost. I know it's an AI render... The front fenders are flared out and the rear bedsides are not... And the wheels... Pass

If you look closely, the rear fender is also flared, but it's blurry. Look at the white diagonal reflection on it.

Yeah, the main reason I got a Maverick was that it is the closest thing Ford offers to a traditional four-door car now.

The charging port embedded in the taillight doesn't make sense, either.

Maybe it's the Tremor package but my experience of the Mav has been that it may not scream full size truck but it's definitely not what I would call car-like.

I have a feeling this new EV will be VERY car-like.

Nice looking truck. If it has a mid-gate to allow for a 6' bed, it will be a success.

I would like:

350 mile range
quick charging
0-60 in under 6 sec
$40k for upper trim level.

I would love a mid gate but I don't see it with the unibody. The Chevy Avalanche didn't really catch on either.
