According to the '23 Order Guide, you could NOT order BAP with FX4 (or Tremor). You have a window sticker that shows differently?

Interesting.

For the 2023 FX4, if you equipped the BAP on the configurator with the FX4, the black interior and the exterior accents from the BAP are applied.

I agree with this. The Maverick ecoboost probably can pull a 4k boat and trailer, but the gas mileage it gets doing so won't be pretty, and the ability to safely stop the load would be in question.

It would be better to step up to a Ranger

I agree the Ranger with 7,500 lb tow much better option ad the xl with tow is only 38k.
I've been pushed through an intersection by the trailer, not much fun when your light is red!
