Go find the threads with the 2023 build sheets. They clearly dictate this, and you had to check those boxes when you ordered. You just weren't paying enough attention... You can stomp your feet all you want, but you're still wrong. If you want it, go buy it.
I’m curious why Ford would give him a case number…… if he was “still in the wrong”
Especially if his build or window sticker clearly states that it was supposed to be included. I didn’t know there was maverick scholars on this forum?

As others have said, the DIBL was dropped from the Lux package for 2023. I checked the box under options to have it added to my build.

The OP has not shown or said that his window sticker shows a hard drop in bedliner on it. He just assumed that his Maverick would have it based on what the Ford website is currently showing for the 2024 XLT Luxury Package.

It doesn't make sense as for 2022 and 2023 the Luxury Package never came with the hard drop in bedliner. It was only added recently for the 2024s.

Where is the OP getting the idea that his Maverick was getting a hard drop in bedliner when he ordered it back in 2022? The only way to get it back then would be to add it as a standalone option.

Ford customer service will give you a case number any time you call in for something. It is just documented in their system with a reference number. It doesn't mean that the OP is right and it will go anywhere.
Well said.

My 2023 XLT with Premium package came with the drop in bed liner for sure but they forgot to cut out the blank for the receptacle and lighting in the box. Did it myself.

I have a 2022 Maverick with the spray in bedliner and waited 6 months which wasn`t bad because I had a car in the meantime. I keep getting ads for upgrades for a 2024 from my dealership. I`m keeping what I have. Good luck to you.

I ordered the same package, 23 XLT lux. I knew it wasn't coming with a bed liner of any kind.

You have a signed order sheet. Unless the DIBL is on there I don't see you having much of a case on this.

I ordered my XLT Maverick with the Luxury package over a year ago. I finally received my truck on Monday 9/25/23. When I looked over the truck I noticed the Hard drop in bed liner which is included in the Luxury Package was not there. I asked my sales associate about it and he talked to a "Manager" that said it is not included but it is very clearly on the Ford Price and Build webpage under the XLT luxury package option. Yesterday I emailed the dealer and pointed out the webpage reference, no response. Today I decided to call Ford customer relations. After being bounced back and forth between Customer service and Marketing ( 6 times) and disconnected once I was finally given a Case Number. Now I'm curious to see if I'll get any response. Maybe next I'll call the dealers ( Olathe Ford, Olathe Kansas) General Manager and point out the webpage to him. I just spent over $30K and I expect to get what I paid for.
Has anyone else had issues like this and was it resolved to your satisfaction?

Thanks
Pete
I ordered a ‘22 with a deposit, hard bed liner included. The ‘23 we got had nothing. I pointed out to the dealer I had a signed contract with a bed liner, I wound up with a spray in, split with the dealer. I’m happy.

I was surprised by this too, because I ordered a '24 (originally an XLT Lux, but switched to a Lariat), but when a '23 came up for sale at a reasonable price I snapped it up as quickly as I could and didn't have time to do much research. My bad. Ordered a cheap bed mat for now and I may get a spray-in bedliner eventually.

It's rare to see someone, who with the information he's provided us is so blatantly wrong, continues to refuse considering that as a possibility

For 2023, both the SIBL and DIBL bedliners and the floor-only liner were separate options for the XLT. For 2024 the DIBL is part of the base 300A package with no delete option. So if you want a SIBL on an XLT, you need to receive and then throw away the DIBL one. If you did not get one, then you got a 2023 without one of the bedliner options added. If you want the DIBL, just order it, as its a very nice unit. If you want the SIBL, go aftermarket, since the Ford one has some slipperiness and possible edge peel issues.
That may be an issue as my build sheet shows the SIBL as part of the build on my ‘23 XLT LUX. I don’t think that it was deleted for 2023. 2024 is a whole new issue as Ford keeps trying to cut back on standard or optional packages to try and save face (money).

When the 2023 order banks were open, the website still had the 2022 details on it. Should your dealer have told you? Yes. But that's how it goes. They took the cost of it out of the lux package though if I recall.

My 2023 was a cancelled 2022. They dropped a bunch of stuff from the lux package in 2023, so I had to have my dealer re-add my bedliner, remote start and the bedrails because of it. It's not a huge deal, frankly you can get a spray in done for less than Ford's locally most likely.
The bed liner (SIBL) were offered for 2023 with a discount (basically free) for the bed management system.

Look, I don’t have my Maverick yet, but I can definitely see what is contracted in my purchase order. Bed liner (SIBL) with bed management are included.

bed liner was removed from xlt lux package for 2023s. I know this very well, as my salesman reiterated it multiple times to make sure I didn't want to add one to my order. Nothing is wrong with your order.

edit to add: 22 xlt lux was spray-in, and 2024 is drop-in
I was fortunate. I had ordered a 2022 XLT Hybrid in Oct. of 2021 with the luxury package that included the spray in bed liner. Then in Sept. of 2022 my order was rolled over to a 2023 model year XLT. I saw where the 2023 luxury package no longer included the spray in bed liner. I contacted my dealer and they arranged to "grandfather" my order somehow to still include the spray in bed liner.
