Need some servicing 2800 miles in

Loving my Mav but already having some issues. 2800 miles in.

1. developed a sound while turning steering wheel. Clicking/whining.
2. When pulling off from using auto hold it
jerks between 1 and 2 gear sometimes.
3. If I park and run into a store, then try to restart it, it has a hard time turning over sometimes.

Is the steering wheel sound after you cold start and move the wheel quickly? Mine does that too, I think thats just the power steering pump being loud. (Correct me if im wrong)

just take any problems to the dealership, the joy of new car = 3 year/36,000 bumper to bumper free coverage of repairs and no need to 2nd guess fixing.

100% agree. I’m coming from a Hyundai with 10 year 100k coverage. All issues right to dealer. Just was mentioning it in case anyone else had the same issues.

The 3/36 warranty is free. make the dealership fix your truck to your specifications. Those technicians get big bucks to perfect people's rides. Guard against the typical up selling (PCV valves, filter replacement) and your wallet/purse stays closed.

Pretty sure the Mav has electric power steering.
