need some assistance with lug nut recommendations

got a set of F1R wheels for my yet to be built mav & need some help finding lug nuts to fit.

the company I bought the wheels from (they were shipped directly from the manufacturer) threw in a set of lug nuts, but the larges diameter of the seat is just over 23mm: the holes in the wheels are 21.75mm

ideally, what I'd like is a set of 24 (couple extra) closed end, short (1.7"), spline drive in black (obviously M14x1.5 threads) that are going to fit in the 21.75mm holes (if you have an opinion as to whether or not my preferred size is going to be too short, by all means, tell me what size you'd recommend & why

No opinion but I went here for my black spline drive lugs for my black bronco sport rims that replaced steelies..

• The finish has held up much better than other brands -- 2 salty winters and they still look great. My old Rough Country lugs were rusting within a few months.
• Reasonable price $40-$50 for a 20-pack at the time.

I doubt you'll find splined M14 lugs that are slim enough. My splined lugs are 0.91" (23.1mm) diameter.

Check out their Hex Socket Tuner Lug Nuts, which use a large Allen drive instead.
0.85in (21.59mm) diameter, 1.8" length. Page 25 in the catalog.

I've checked out gorilla's offerings & they all appear to be too large (in the 23mm range)
they do have one option: hex socket duplex short

they claim to be 21.5mm wide..*MIGHT* work, but then again, there's the place the socket sits that's going to collect dirt, mud & garbage so I'm not really sure about this one.....
