Love this trucklet! Purchased my 2024 Maverick XLT AWD 2.0 in November of 2024 off the dealer lot. In the first two months I installed an Auto-stop Eliminator, J & L oil separator, AVS bug shield, Rough Country tonneau cover, Ford mudflaps and many interior items.
With only 300 miles on the truck I hooked up a 1,200 pound trailer and took a 4 hour trip up into the mountains and back. I was very happy to get 26 mpg on this trip with an engine not broken in yet. Since then I've done mostly stop & go in town driving and I'm currently getting 23 mpg, pretty awesome for stop & go driving.
In May we took the Maverick on vacation and logged approximately 1,400 miles of mostly highway driving. Most of the drive saw us traveling at 85 mph. The Maverick returned 32 MILES PER GALLON, AWESOME!
This trucklet does everything so well and is so capable and practical. Add in the fact that I paid only 30 grand, there is nothing on the market that can compete.
So far I have put just 3,700 enjoyable and trouble free miles on the Maverick. Performed the first oil change at 1000 miles using 5W-30 Valvoline Clean & Protect oil and Mobil 1 102A oil filter. The oil and filter will be changed between 4 and 5 thousand miles from here on out.

🤓 Looks like you still need some letters on that tailgate.

I like it. I don't think you can beat it for the money. It doesn't fold up all the way to the rear window, but it is simple to take on and off if you need to. Quality looks good so far.
