Service advisor said he didn't know of another problem like this. Clearly, he isn't tuned into the forum. There are what? about 8-cases I've read about in the past 15 minutes? Ford knows: Just not telling about it. The dumb-a$$ customer service rep told me that the only time Ford launches a recall is when ordered to do so by the NHTSA.
