I got a pm saying mine was almost built last week, XLT Hybrid, Cactus Grey. Some kind of holdup, then my dealer sent me a message saying it was built and waiting to ship, but the Web site says in Production.. ???
I had the same experience. From the tracker Ford sent me, mine still shows "In Production" and that the Window Sticker is not available. My dealer check thru their connections and said it's built, shipped and on it's way. Ford should spend some time and work on their public facing tracking system.

Agree with this. I also discovered my truck is on the way by contacting my dealer. Ford's site is still saying "In Production" (since October 18th). Cleared the browser cache, tried different browsers all with same result. Haven't received an official "Built" email, either. Ford is definitely dropping the ball on keeping us up to date with order and delivery status.
My Azure Gray Ecoboost Lariat FX4 4k Sunroof is "In Production." I keep checking the website to see if it's completed.

I received the same email at 3am this morning. Even though I know the truck is built, modules live and it has come back from the body company. Per Ford chat no notes about any delays and still on track to arrive at dealership in mid NovemberI don't know who writes Ford's emails, but they must be experts in doublespeak.
The email states, "Your vehicle is ALMOST built." Then later it states, "We want nothing more than to get your Ford up on the line and start assembling it."
So which is it? Is it almost done? Or it hasn't been started?
If you see a long list for PCM and BCE then your good to go
This is what I am hoping for. I may try a chat again today if I don't hear back from the dealer.
