Just an FYI 7/20 Mullinax (all) now show 29 new and 6 used all above sticker-but the eco is about $2-3,000 above all green special order sticker that I guess people did not take ??

just an FYI 8/29 all mullinax stores now show 52 mavericks on the lots ,mine in Vero shows 9 ,all still above sticker, BUT not as much as before, coming DOWN $$ good luck !!
Picked up my order from Mullinax Apopka yesterday. No issues other than they forgot to install the console safe lol! It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Yep I purchased my 23 XLT AWD from Mullinax Apopka on the 23rd. Did everything remotely and never stepped foot in the dealership. They delivered it to my house 100 miles away on the 31st. Probably the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made.

I'll get it installed when we get back from our road trip. My son has one in his and loves it. I do wish it was a little larger but pretty limited by the size of the console in the first place.

So with Mullinax what were your OTD prices my my july Delivered XLT with cp360 was $26,600 as built, with destination & delivery, TT& title new car PDI (dealer fee) i was right 30k OTD, This was Ron Norris Ford Titusville

I had sales tax and I think $300 total of document and tag fees and that was it. I had my tag moved over so that saved some of the cost. No dealer fees or ridiculous electronic tag or processing fees.
Just an FYI all mullinax are showing 6 used and 104 new mavericks for sale some are 2024-most still seem to be above sticker.but not as high as before!

looks like you can buy plenty. off the lots now! Mullinax ( all) shows 124, and some are at sticker,depends on which store you look at.our Vero dealer has MANY now and the lots overflowing with all the other Fords, parked everywhere over the lot.nothing like 2022. some f150s marked down to high end maverick prices.
they now show 140 new mavericks on the lots and lots of used too
funny nothing to do with maverick, but mullinax show no 2024 rangers and no 2024 f-150's tons, of 23's and good discounts, but its now march 2024! ram dealers around here are now discounting 2024 ram 1500's and have many new 2025's being built and shipped. strange on fords part.
My experience:
I ordered my Lariat in AUG from Mullinax Vero, arrived in MAR, a bit sooner than predicted.
The order process was easy , over the phone, and the truck arrived as ordered.
My salesperson left after the order was placed , but I didn't know that, that was a little vexing
The delivery was amazing! The day it first showed DELIVERED, I called at like 10AM, and the sales person said "yes it's here, you can get it TODAY". I was like WHOA, previous dealer deliveries were several days for them to "prep". Impressive.
We met the sales person a few hours later, Sheena, on-site. The truck was right out front, clean and beautiful. We each drove it around the block.
Sheena was very nice and super friendly, and spent a over an hour showing us details and controls and features. She was quite knowledgeable and answered each question.
She gave us a final cost sheet which showed MSRP (no discounts), tax, tag, and to our astonishment, NO junk fees.
Even though we have a FORD dealer right off our street, we chose to drive to Vero because they claimed no fees, but to actually SEE that was astonishing after arguing for years with sales people about the thousands of $$ in dealer prep, doc stamps, market adjustments, and so on.
Mullinax really DID have none of that. What a relief to not have to get into those arguments or lose all that $$.
Finally, finance was OK, not great. He basically pushed a stack of papers to us, highlighted on where to sign, and then stared at and typed into his phone. We had a few questions; some he answered, some were ignored as he was "so busy" playing Candy Crush or whatever.
If a consumer is dropping over $40K in their lap, perhaps he could give his full attention for ten minutes? Nope- phone was more important than us!
The only real dealership complaint, and its minor, was the FORD Corporate Customer Assistance told me "your dealer should call you at least every 45 days to update you on your build." They never called at all for all those months.
I was able to check status on the FORD website ,but it was way too coarse- like "its being built". Does that mean in a six-month queue to be built? 95% done? Then it just said SHIPPED for about a month. Again, is it CLOSE? Still in MX?
So progress updates were hard to obtain. I'd think once they know a VIN on the line , and the owner's email or phone, they could easily automate detailed updates and estimates? They should hire me I could do that for them for a mil a year or so!
All in all, Mullinax gets five stars. I feel like we received exactly what we ordered, sales person was A+, and the price was by far better than any dealer purchase we've ever had.

none of those fees for us this time at Mullinax Vero. MSRP tax & tag. We we're very dubious because as you said. every other dealer we've bought from including Pam Bay Ford added all sorts of prep and doc fees and lots more.
