funny thier website shows 4 mavericks for sale at $3000 over sticker?? they have 8- so stores, but the Vero one I looked at today was $7000 over? and new, the used ones are about $10,000 over what sticker was.
Yeah the one in Apopka has always sold over MSRP, but it slowly crept up. Was initially $500 over and every month or two it would go up another $500 until it hit $3,000.

My 22 order with them was supposed to be built originally September 26th and kept getting moved until 11/21 on Monday. Thought I was in the clear from the cancellations and then Wednesday I checked again and it said 12/19. Reached out to my salesman to ask if I have to re-order, and clueless as always, he responded "I'll let you know when I know."

That’s rather frustrating but from what I understand, this is being handled by Ford Corporate and not by the local dealer. Would be a good idea to chat/call with Ford Corp. and ensure everything is being handled accordingly. Good news is you will be one of the first 23’s!

I can only hope. One of the first 23 hybrids and I have a feeling they will do a month of Ecos first.

I asked if they had an other orders that were canceled or just mine and his response is "Your order is not canceled." I have ZERO faith in Mullinax getting this right. I have to stay on his ass or I'll end up with either the wrong truck or no truck altogether.

Good grief! Does Ford Corp. have some remedial training they can send some of their dealerships to? They need to sit down and watch about 4 hours of in-service training to teach them a lesson on how the one hand needs to know what the other hand is doing…

Who is your sales person? The ones I have spoken to have all been relatively intelligent and motivated to get things done but you DO have to “educate” them on what to do. I get it, the Maverick isn’t the only vehicle they sell, and not all vehicles are handled the same way but damn, come on!

Mine is Joe. He is fairly responsive and makes changes to my order when I ask at least. Except when he cost me about $600 in December before the price increase. I asked him the day before when I found out to please add the Lux package and CP360 to my order because the price was going up. He said he hadn't heard anything about it and would check the next day. Of course the price went up and was sent a new order with the increased prices. Basically just said oh well.

seems like they are coming in faster now- every sunday I drive to our vero store ,and they usually have 3-6 on the side with sold on windshield. at least get to see one again, and my color, they always have an area 51, it seems. and got to sit in one again.had a call from dealer in ft pierce.had one that was canceled by the customer,said I could have 3,000 over sticker, I said thanks, but will wait.it sold in 1 day.

Happy turkey day !! funny thing I take the doggie a ride every sunday am when dealers are not yet open, always hit vero mulinax, they usually have 2-3 mavericks on the side marked SOLD ,special orders , like I ordered over a year ago, and never got. toady we zipped through and saw 2 on the side sold, the regular customer orders, and then on the lot I see a ROW of them !! all seemed ecobost , and all were $6,000 over sticker. 4 or more said SOLD across the windshield. but they may have a few left. (I did not see it on thier website?) im on a list to be called if they get an unwanted hybrid,as I ordered, nothing yet. we reordered 10/15/22 well see happy thanksgiving

Sunday 11/27 update with me and joey the dog, drove through, vero mullinax and of course they had 3 new to the side special order ones presold and the row they had on the main lot are ALL now marked sold (most were gone) across the windshield, at least I got to sit in 2 again, they left unlocked a lariat , and a xlt , all were eco ones. we will see if we ever get ours ,reordered 10/15/22

well it looks like they are on the "mark up" bandwagon too" ( just the ones that they are able to put on the lot and sell) the ones we ordered are still at msrp. our vero dealer has 6 on the lot ,but all were special orders and marked sold. they have one for sale NEW xl catus gray hybrid, sticker $22 ish and they want $29,000 . they never did get mine ordered 10/21 base xlt hybrid and one opt.trailer hitch. they reordered it 10/15/22 so we wait and wait and wait, boy it "bugs" me a little seeing them show up on the lot,but 99% are sold orders. I ask If I wanted ,say the one XL they have, can I have it for sticker, then when my 23 xlt comes in, you sell it!!?? never really got a Stright answer yet , I guess its a gamble that we really will get our 2023??? who knows.
Not sure how they could reorder on 10/15. The order banks were only open 9/15-9/21 for MY22 rollovers and new MY23 orders.

Not sure how they could reorder on 10/15. The order banks were only open 9/15-9/21 for MY22 rollovers and new MY23 orders.
yeah I mean 9/15/22 I got conformation from ford same day, sorry im an old fart, not fun typing !! on pc

salesman name is Bill B. but usually when we reordered I went to sales manager and the guy that orders, not sure thier names, I was sort of fed up with ford and the dealer through all this BS first order was 10/21 , was told the latest I would get it was 3/22 will over a year !! nothing, well see I sort of gave up on bugging them anymore and wasting my time, we will just see if we ever get it, it was to replace my wifes 2016 kia soul, which she sort of uses as a truck !! again if Ford had any kind of PR dept. as it use to, I would have felt beter if they kept the customer informed.after 30 plus fords/lincons/mercurys I may be done with them.
