When I asked them for the signed buyer's order my sales advisor said: The price I was quoted is MSRP and they will honor that price for me. Now, if I decline it then the dealer has the option to charge over MSRP to the open market.
Sounds about right in line with what I experienced.

I just got my email confirmation from Ford for my Carbonized Gray XL Ecoboost, no add-ons, on Dec 13th. I am using Mullixax in Apopka and they have been great so far. I live about 1hr 45mins away but chose them because of the no dealer fees and no "extended warranty" program that others force you into. They have been very transparent and helpful so far. I'll continue to update throughout the process.

Mullinax in Apopka was fantastic, no bs, the order I signed months ago is what I paid when I picked up my mav. No additional fees. They offer extended warranties and services, but are not pushy at all if you say no. I can't recommend them enough.
Congratulations on your recent purchase and new Maverick! Can you comment a little more on what exactly they did from when your truck arrived and you drove off. Specifically, when you picked it up, did they try to sell you any paint coatings, security etching, nitrogen tire fill, roadside protection, fabric protectors or you know, all that BS dealership fluff that that try to sell you to generate profit for the dealership? I’m fine with turning it all down but don’t want a dealership to try to sneak it in during their pre-delivery inspection. Hell, I would love it if they just inspected for safety and left everything else to me. I would love to be the one that pulled all the plastic off the seats!

I ordered a Cactus Grey Lariat Hybrid with LUX package from Mullinax in Apopka. My son ordered a Carbonized Grey Lariat 2.0 with LUX package from them. He only ordered the 2.0 because it was past the November 15th deadline. He really wanted the Hybrid.

Both of us had no issue.It is a little hard to get a hold of a salesman, but I assume it is just because they are really busy.

PS. The Apopka location OFTEN have Mavericks on the lot.Most of them sold. But if you want to try your luck on not waiting for an order, you could call and see if they have any coming in.

Thanks! I had been tracking the CSX shipment using the phone number in the tracking post, and it took 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to get from the factory in Hermosillo to Orlando, FL. Most of that time was spent in the midwest crossing over from UP to CSX in St Louis/Indianapolis/Louisville. When it got to Orlando it took 3-4 days to get unloaded before getting delivered to the dealership. They called me up and I arranged to see it the next day, although I could have gone immediately, but already had plans. All plastic coverings had been removed from the truck except the front floor covering. I got to test drive it, and it had around 10 miles on it already. Drove great, and I decided I wanted to buy it. The car was only a little dirty from transit, dust, water spots, etc. So it worked out better for me to come back the next day and do the paperwork.

The only thing they will try to sell you are different stacks of warranty/maintenance packages. Didn't see any paint protection packages, but I denied all options just because I thought I'd take care of those things myself. No pressure from them either. I filled out my paperwork, and then went out to my new truck which had been detailed and cleaned up, and they even filled my tank too!

Very happy with the process

they show 2 on the lot for sale on their website, they had 7 early this week then 0 now they show 2 ,it list all dealers in fl, when you check their stock they seem to sell as soon as posted.

Took delivery last Saturday from Mullinax. Easy, and pretty quick. 90 mins in and out for everything. No pressure for anything extra. I normally decline everything but this time I did add a Ford ESP because it is a first year model and I wanted to be safe. But I could have easily said no, they weren’t pushy.

They also took care of my AWD rebate that Ford never sent me the certificate for so that was great!

New to the forum. I ordered my Maverick in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl at Pines Ford. It's an XLT 2.5 hybrid with 400W inverter, rubber floor liners, trailer hitch receiver. They gave me an out the door price of $27,155.50.

Predelivery service charge of $698.50
Electronic Reg. Filing Fee $190.00
Title, Registration and/or License Fees $450

Are the major ancillary fees.

What does everyone think of this?
I think they're shafting you to the tune of over $1000...

Merry Christmas to all as of this AM mullinax florida shows 6 mavericks on the lot as of today and 2 are hybrids, I will wait for my ordered one but they are tempting

Great we ordered (my wifes) Oct. so it will be a while hybrid xlt area 51 ,1 opt the trailer hitch.at vero no issues, also had no issues when I got my 2019 f150 stx, the good old days ,April l2020 still big discounts then, they want mine back at $7,000 over what I paid, but im keeping it, as they have nothing I can afford in trade.

Mullinax in Apopka…I did my XL hybrid order with them and the other week changed it to an XLT hybrid. Contacted my sales guy today to ask if I could add the sunroof (it cost $200 more come Monday) plus Film and he said No.
Guess dealers do what they do though I am the one paying for the ride and if no Vin# assigned then I should be free to make a change. I will either cancel the order later or just take it but not buy from this dealer again.

Hell, I know I spent way more time talking to them so they would know they could make a change in their system plus leaving voice mails and promising not kept on when they would get an order change enter then it will take them to make this 3rd change.
Customers walk and take their $ else where next time they buy again. The only way it seems.

Next time I may just buy local, pay the dealer fee and save myself the headach of dealing with a dealer that is many hours away. Sometimes it is just not worth the effort for the $ saved.

I ordered at mullinax vero beach 10/21 xlt hybrid area51 and 1 opt. $100 trailer hitch , was $500 over sticker (only) total $24,375
no dealer fee etc.etc. only tax and tag,reg. i have it in writing, we will have a trade in 2016 kia soul
talked to them yesterday, I was told all is still on, they have no notice of being canceled. I got my 2019 f1fo stx in march 2020 ( new left over 0 miles) for $9,000 off sticker. I bought over 12 vechiles from them since 1976 ,was Velde ford until 2019,mulinax bought it. sad to see march 2019 they had still 20 plus 2019 and 50 plus 2020 f-150 and we are a small town. yesterday they had 4 -2021 f-150
I ordered from same dealer as well. Why were you concerned if everything was “still on”?
