Moving Back Seat

Kind of what the title says. When I'm driving I can hear the back seats rattle and move on the hook that keeps it from falling forward.

I can even pull the back seat down without even having to pull the tab to release the hook, but it doesn't do it all of the time. The bench seat doesn't do it, just the back seat. Now it hasn't fallen while I was driving (yet), but I don't want it to happen.

Not sure if there's any kind of fix or solution to this problem. Curious to know if anyone else has this similar kind of issue?

Mine is a little hard to close. I have to give it a good slam. Maybe you do as well. Might look to see if there is a latch adjustment.

Shim the latch bracket with some washers, #40 torx bolts remove them, works flawlessly now
