They bothered me at first but I just adjusted my mirrors as if the inside edge of the headrest was the left and right edge of the window. No blind spot.

Yes the headrest from a 2019 escape will fit cuz that's what I had before I bought this Maverick and I gave that card to my son-in-law but I tried the headrest and they do fit and what I liked about is they folded down and I think the bronco had rest will fit also and they fall down
