Initially my miles to empty display upon fill up showed approximately 540 Miles. But today I noticed it had dropped to 340 even after I filled up completely. Has anybody else encountered this problem? 2025 XL Hybrid

If you were driving fast (>65 mph), hard, uphill, or if it is cold (below ~60°), or if you have sport mode on, that is not completely impossible. It should move most of the way back when you get back to driving "normally".
If not, no idea. Something got the calculation out of whack.

It appears the miles to empty is based on the mpg seen in about the last 50 miles of driving. If you're driving in town, you mte will be low. If on the highway, mte will be much higher for a given amount of fuel in the tank.
If you switch from town to highway, the mte will gradually adjust. One time, I drove 80 miles on the highway after being in town only and my mte was 40 miles higher after the 80 miles than when I started. Conversely, driving in town after being on the highway, the mte will drop alarmingly as the computer tries to compensate for what is actually happening. After 50 miles, the mte seems to change about the same as the miles driven.
