22 Hybrid XLT radio display issue

so this just happened - tried resetting and turning truck off and on and its still the same
it seems like the resolution has just completely dissapeared

attached some photos of different screens so you can see the issue

it almost looks like a photo you take with your cellphone of a pc monitor - except its real time

i have a iphone 13 pro so the quality of the photo is not the issue
thats how it looks now lol
hoping the issue will go away?

With the vehicle on, try holding down power + seek forward ( >>| ) until the screen turns off and comes back up with the Ford logo.

I started the truck this morning and everything was back to normal

Glad to hear back to normal. I've found anytime I have a "glitch" with the display or radio you have to shut the engine off and open a door to reset it. Just shutting off and back on again wasn't enough. If it happens again try that.
