My reason is that I am not able to excise my God given right to self defense. I won't step foot in Illinois and risk being jailed for exercising my rights.

Fact is, I can carry anywhere in the Nation I wish too, but I chose not to go to states where others are not afforded the same right as I am.

Buuuuuut, adding 1000 miles to my truck for a weekend trip is a bit much.

Maverick Owners,
I’m starting by testing the waters. I’m looking to organize a Midwest Maverick meetup in the Chicagoland area. At the moment it looks like it will take place on a Sunday in August. We’ll be sponsored by fastmavericks.com
There will be raffles and products available to order or take home.
We’ll be able to see each others trucks, share stories and learn from each other. For now, I’m looking for feedback.

Seems the other Illinois Maverick meetup thread has died for this summer, and I sure would like to see a bunch of Mavs with different colors, accessories, etc.
