Suburban Ford is not responding to my emails. I want to keep this to emails since they have issue with the truth. I contacted Ford and they said they documented the complaint and got the manager's name I worked with. Not sure where that will go.

I got the windows tinted and wouldn't you know it the guy who owns that shop worked at Suburban and told me how they roll. He said if the paint protection was actually done, they would put a sticker on the car saying the paint is protected by the name of the company. He and I don't believe they put anything on it but cannot prove it.

Even though this doesn't apply to the Maverick, I'll update my experience with Suburban Ford. They finally reached out and will be reimbursing me $155 on the doc fees. They will also be reapplying the paint protections as I don't believe they actually did it.

So I pressed Suburban more. They said the Permaplate would have been put on when I picked up the car. I picked up the car February 24th. On February 23rd when I first looked at it, they made it abundantly clear the Permaplate was already on the car. They are lying or deceptive at best.

*EDIT* So it seems like this Permaplate may be a junk product. I may be glad the car doesn't have it after all.

I was hoping I could put this on my new truck, but since I won't get it by the time I had to renew, it will have to go on my leased escape until I get my Cyber Orange truck. This plate will look awesome on my truck. Since my Escape is blue too it'll look good there too for a bit.

I just received my license plate. But its not right. I didn't get the water winter wonderland one. Its the pure Michigan one. WHAT! I'm going to try to get it fixed. I'm so depressed and mad at the same time.

You ordered W3 but just got the standard Pure Potholes plate? Ugh. Mine was ordered a couple days before yours and came in today as well - it only took 3 weeks...

I reordered. Apparently it was operator error. It cost me some bucks, but hopefully its right this time. Nowhere on the invoice does it say the plate style. Now I have to wait not only for my Maverick but also for my plate.

Gotcha. The Transaction Receipt should show the "Graphic Plate Replacement Fee" at $5 but it doesn't specify which plate design you ordered. Kinda annoying, hopefully you get the right one soon.

Went to order one of those new Michigan plates and the website appears to be down. Guess I will need to try again later. I really don't want to go in person. If worse comes to worse I'll just renew at a self service station and keep the old white plate.

Got my Ford e-mail on the 17th for an April 25th build date.  So I hope I'll might get my Lariat Velocity Blue Luxury AWD Fx4 around June. Ordered from Morries Okemos Ford.
