Maxzina Footwell Kick Plate installed in 2025 Maverick

I just installed passenger and driver side kick plates for my 25 MAV. I didn't realize how much wire was exposed until I went to install the plates. Pretty crazy that Ford couldn't even put a piece of plastic on either side.

At least @Maxzina is providing alternatives. Anyways, I'm really happy with how the install went and how much they actually cover.

I was a little concerned because I noticed some 25s having issues with the install but those were Lobos and tremors I believe

Anyways for the price well worth it and very happy with it as well .

Haha! You got me. I was like, “dang, I don’t want my underdash wiring getting damaged!” So I went and looked up under there and nope, there’s absolutely nothing up there that’s going to get damaged by having people sit in the front seats. Seems like a waste of time and money.

We'll I live in Ottawa Canada. We get tons of snow here and this is problem waiting to happen. I respect your opinion but I'm guessing you're further south then me...

Lol I don't like that app either. That was something for my kids that encouraged me to do it because I don't let them have any videos or pictures on any platforms.

I mean who is kicking their feet up into the footwell to get rain or snow onto the wires. Been through a few of both climates and never had an issue. I’m all for mods but I’ll pass on this one

I have turned the heat on because of course I live in the North and haven't had any issues with the temperature yet. Good call though!

Not an issue in my '24 Hybrid. I live in Detroit, not much snow these days. Last year we got maybe 35"
