The front struts have a mount on top that allows the strut to turn. Definitely can mess up steering if those are bad. If they recently replaced those, it sounds like they just didn't reinstall the new ones correctly. If so, that's a dealer issue rather than a Ford issue.

What I’m saying is, it was likely never the struts in the first place. The sound issue never fully corrected. It remains + “bolts” bouncing around. But to me it sounds like busted ball joints and a death trap symphony.

And even if it was a bolt, if a Ford technician can’t properly tighten a simple gat dang bolt to where it becomes dislodged entirely bouncing around my engine compartment, that’s an indictment on their ability to perform safe and proper work at the very least. They had this truck 8 friggin weeks & gave back in dangerous condition. It’s a cacophony of stupidity, ineptitude and poor work ethic at Ford across the friggin board. It’s pathetically shameful really.

I've had multiple shops around me demonstrate similar levels of incompetence. I've had to learn to do things myself as a result.

I’d like to also clarify that my first Ford was a 2021 Bronco I traded for this Maverick due to the Bronco having 10+ different recalls in three years. More than all vehicles I’ve ever owned COMBINED! I still get Bronco recall letters.

Total top down ineptitude or negligence over there at Ford or flat out brand sabotage from within. Equally pitiful but immediate redress required or Ford is going bankrupt soon. This Maverick had a dang recall where it doesn’t stay in PARK for Pete’s sake.

Screw up's on assembly lines do happen. More than likely this one was built by "Good ol' boys" in Louisville Kentucky.

It's an imperfect World folks.
You still have humans assembling mechanical stuff.

Yeah, unfortunately this "whoops" detaches the entire control arm causing a total loss of control of steering and instant death for your entire family.

Not dissimilar to placing the vehicle in park in the driveway and watching it roll away with your kids hanging out of it screaming and/or run over as it rolls way when the recalled park mechanism fails as well.
