My Maverick came with H rated tires, I don't think it could hit that speed even with the limiter removed. I'm in the .001% that went to the track, but only once.
I don't worry about speed anymore. Just get in the left lane set cruise at 60mph. In a 70 zone though. You are then free to text, read, shave whatever you feel is necessary.
No need to worry about hitting the brakes as everyone is passing and honking....
just wave.

Stupid Seems to be "Norm" these days. There is not a state in the USA that allows over 110 mph legally. Dumb, just plain DUMB!
