When I converted mine to an order on 6/15, I was told Rapid Red was Late Availability. Add in Hybrid and being FE with the spray-in liner, it makes me wonder where I will land.

It's a little surprising that most of the late availability list we've heard about has changed.

To quote Cheech Marin " If they don't hurry up, we'll have to wait some more!"

Whe i ordered mine, they said it should arrive on their lot approx 5 weeks after start of build ( Seattle area )
Nice. I saw another post with scheduling and production dates, with production being 8/16 so even if i were to be chosen early I should be in the clear with at least a 5 week turnaround. Plus I’m Hybrid Lariat Lux so if these delays are accurate, definitely clear.

Am I the only one impatiently refreshing the forum faster than the 30s auto-refresh today?

In regards to timing, I wouldn't get too optimistic. Ford always runs extra quality checks on the first batch of units to make sure they are passing inspection. Once they see consistent quality they speed up the assembly process. But they usually collect a few thousand units before they release any to dealers.

I'm willing to wait for factory spray in bedliner and I am not going with the 2.0 turbo as those will only be happy with higher octane
Plenty of folks run 87 on the Ecoboost.

Do we know the Maverick expected OKTB date yet?

I'm honestly hoping these will delay my delivery for, say 5 or six months. I'm going to put my order in and see what happens, but I don't anticipate being ready to accept delivery until Jan or Feb....I just don't want to be stuck waiting, in vain, to get a Maverick off the lot.

Although recommended, I believe the need for higher octane depends largely on load and how hard the engine is working. It was also fairly easy to predict the ecoboost would be more readily available based on demand than the hybrid. One of, but not the only reason, I opted for the 2.0.
The good news is the Hermosillo plant has a theoretical capacity of around 25K units per month.

We received an update that no 2.5 hybrid or spray in bedliners will schedule for our region in this run.

I'm assuming that is the same nationwide, but none for our region for sure.
