If I lived the off-road lifestyle and/ or lived in an area with such off-road trail access, I would be all over these types of products.
What part of the country do you live? Here in the Carolinas, we have lots of fire roads to explore.

NY, about 90 mins and 90 miles north of NYC. Everything around here is private land and 99% of the time Posted.

Rattler would also make sense, with Ford debuting the Sidewinder trim for the F-Series. They could possibly be setting up 3 tier off-road trims; Rattler (capable, affordable), sidewinder (more capable, more gear for the price), raptor (most capable, most option for the price).

That's too bad.. NY State has lots of beautiful wilderness areas. Surprised they don't have tracks in the state parks, etc. like we do here.

Loving these Maverick Raptor renders!

The Adirondack Region further North in NY is a wonderful place, but again, nothing really accessible unless you have friends that own the property or own it yourself or own a farm out in western NY around the Finger Lake Region.

Local state parks will almost arrest and/ or give an insta-ticket for even parking on the grass. No joke!

Arizona here, we have TONS of off-road tracks just 30 minutes from Phoenix. Mostly desert (obviously) but head an hour and a half towards Sedona and there are stunning views as the elevation shifts from desert to pines. Head an hour further than that and your in Flagstaff on the Colorado Plateau at 7500 foot elevation with verdant wilderness as far as you can see.
