My VIN # ends in 1.

Which means it‘s 1 of 1 because nobody else has the same numbers in their VIN sequence as I do ending in one.

This will further enhance the Collectable, iconic, sought after nature of my mighty Mav.

I expect my maverick to be worth 50,000,000 dollars in a few years

It will be due to inflation of course, but still…

Well I won’t be waiting to see if my FE Lariat Lux Hybrid is worth a fortune because it will be gone as soon as my A51 Lariat Lux Hybrid arrIves in a few weeks. I guess the next owner will reap the iconic value🤣

If you make it to 104, YOU will be iconic!! ;) :D
There was/is an early Mustang in the barn nearby… still has the High School parking tag from first owner. So, someone in your family may know its iconic status if you pass.
Good legacy item.

I think Maverick leans Edsel, people still love the ones that mostly works. But Edsel did a lot of new=strange quirks. But Maverick also leans into Pinto as well. Fires in front versus back.

Well it will definately be remembered in the annals of car history for bringing back the small truck and making a pretty big splash, not bad for a forgotten, resurrected nameplate in the middle of a pandemic.

An Hot Pepper Red XLT Tremor with almost no options. Mine will be rare. It will also not be for sale. First though they have to outsell the original Maverick, which gave the early Mustangs numbers a run for their money.
My first car was a 1973 Maverick with a 302! Ran like a scared rabbit!

I don't see the Maverick pickup as much as iconic as I see it as nostalgic. I haven't had this much fun since I drove a Ford Ranger and owned a Chevy S-10 in the late 1980's through the mid 1990's. I never knew I missed small trucks until I drove the Maverick! Plus, when I was a kid in the 1970's my parents owned the Maverick 2-door car. My Dad had a Maverick, I now have a Maverick. For me, the Maverick pickup is more about coming full circle with happy memories and making some new ones. After two decades of driving full-size pickups...my friends think I've lost my mind when they see me drive this truck.
I had 1970 Maverick in high school. 120 hp six that could not get out of its own way. I think it would slow down if you turned the music up. That six was a pain in the rear to start when it was cold and it was more of a chick repellant than a chick magnet. It was better than walking and no one refused a ride. The best thing was the memories but we didn’t realize it at the time. When I get mine it will be full circle.

I think that's hilarious on it becoming a iconic truck.

I remember when the Mustang was introduced as an affordable sports car for the masses and quickly became a icon that has lasted to this day. The Maverick is quickly following it as an icon for trucks of which the other big mfg's will be trying to get in on the game like they did on the Mustang. I'd be really careful with some of the custom work on the early (22-23) years as some day they might be collector items if in the original condition. Just adding my 2 cents to the Maverick picture.
AAAHAHAHAHA

Wish ford would have named this the Courier. That was a good vehicle. Fortunately most people are too young to remember the original Maverick so they don’t equate the name with our trucks.

The old maverick had the bad reputation for being a cheap piece of junk. I am running across the original maverick owners who bought one when they first came out. Most have mentioned how shortly they owned it before trading it in for something better.

IF YOU OWNED AN OLD MAVERICK AND LOVED IT, GOOD FOR YOU!
Dont take this personally!

I had a friend who owned a slightly modified Grabber. It was a fast heap!
