Maverick Acronym Definitions

ADM: Additional Dealer Mark-up
AEV- All-electric vehicle. A vehicle that is powered entirely by electricity as opposed to a hybrid
AWD = All Wheel Drive (not selectable)
BAP - Black Appearance Package
BEV- Battery Electric Vehicle. An AEV that stores and draws current from batteries, as opposed to a FCEV.
CEL = Check Engine Light
COVP = Customer Order Verification Program
CP360 - copilot 360
DIBL - drop-in bed liner
DORA = Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement
DRL = Daytime Running Lights
EB = Ecoboost (turbocharged ICE)
FCEV == Fuel cell electric vehicle
FITS = Ford Integrated Tether System
FSS - Full-Sized Spare
FWD = Front Wheel Drive (not selectable)
ICE- Internal Combustion Engine
Lux - luxury package
MIL == Malfunction Indicator Lamp/Light (not to be confused with your Mother-in-Law)
OADOT - ordered and delivered on time
PHEV- Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle. A vehicle powered by both an electric motor and an ICE. Rumored to be a 2024 option.
SIBL - Spray In Bed Liner

A51 = Area 51
AB22=Alto Blue
AB23=Atlas Blue
AG = Avalanche Gray (Tremor only)
CG = Cactus Gray
CO = Cyber Orange
HPR = Hot Pepper Red
IS = Iconic Silver
OW = Oxford White
RR = Rapid Red (22 FE [First Edition] color only)
SB = Shadow Black
VB = Velocity Blue (22 color only)

Don’t provide detailed on our code terms, how can be tell noobs on the forums from true insiders.
Lol, just kidding, learn so much about the dealership business and Ford internal terms that I have a fighting chance at getting a warranty and or services work done.
I now can tell them I have overly sensitive brakes by terms that leads them to service bulletins.

FX4 is the name of the package and not an acronym. Same way XL, XLT, and Lariat are trim names.
