Marking My First Year Ownership

Exactly one year to the day I took delivery of my '25 Lobo and am very happy with it. As expected, it's been trouble free - with the exception of last winter when I drove into my snowblower whilst clearing the drive (oh well - senior moment ). Just glad it happened to MY vehicle and NOT the wife's prized Jeep! A little body shop repair later and back to good-to-go! Otherwise, all she's needed has been an oil change/tire rotation. Overall, I'm very pleased with the Mav and it fits the very needs I originally sought when I got into the car-buying market.

Thanks! I was initially drawn to it like a moth to flame when first seeing one on the lot. And while initially I was looking at several XLT's parked next to it, I found myself regularly returning to it thinking that it was one sharp looking, sporty little truck. Given the combination of color, the rims and lowered stance and fog lights initially seeded my preference to the trim. And as it is said, the rest, (along with my bank account), is history.

Where did you source your hood deflector or whatever you call it...I am a new Lobo owner...per usual, now I see Mavericks EVERYWHERE on the road...but, I am partial to notice the Lobos.

I got it from the Ford site itself as an accessory. I had some points to use so it ran me about $90, give or take. Of note, it's not a smooth surface but textured IF that should matter to you. Glad I got it because the other day on the highway an 18 wheeler kicked a stone at me and it hit HARD! Couldn't find any damage and suspect it hit that protector. Hope this helps!

I've noticed there aren't many Lobos around though! Guess that makes us "unique".
