tried to recline the passenger seat in my xlt lux this morning and found that the seat back would go back or forward. not a giant issue as i usually don't have passengers in the truck but it's another thing to have fixed at the next service. anyone else have this issue? search function didn't reveal anything...

Just to state the obvious, on the side of the passenger seat, there should be one lever to adjust height up/down and one to adjust recline. Forward/back is of course controlled by the bar under the front of the seat.

Yeah, make sure you’re pulling the right lever, my wife was trying to get the seat back to recline and was pulling the wrong lever

I'm pulling the correct lever.

Which lever are you pulling? Also maybe try putting some tension on the seat when you pull the lever, the gears might be jammed up a little

I'm pulling the lever that adjusts the seatback angle. I tried pulling and pushing on the seatback while pulling on the seatback adjustment lever.

Hi Brian, I'd be happy to look into your Maverick seat concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.
