If you go by the published fluid intervals, your vehicle will not last too beyond warranty.
My 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid - Generation One - First hybrid made on the North American Continent - got oil changes every 15,000 miles. Transmission Fluid Changed Never (was advertised as "lifetime") Coolant changed Never. Brake Fluid Changed Never. Spark Plugs changed once just for kicks because it was so darn easy.

I drove it 235,000 miles and would still be driving it today except it was rear-ended while parked, totaling it in 2019.

Had original HV battery pack too and got same MPG as it did when new.

So there's that.

I test on removal. Here's what Blackstone saw. (* indicates oil additives) At this mileage, all the wear metals look better than the C-Max, which I tracked to 66K miles. No worries here.

Only referencing the state of the oil per blackstone.
Fuel---0.5
Flashpoint---380
These are telling you that there is too much fuel in the oil and it should be changed asap. This often occurs in the winter, the oil doesn't get hot enough to evap the fuel out
