I would rather have one that curves straight up and blows air into my seat.

Great idea. Thanks, Mabett. My only concern is how far they extend into the foot well. No question they would impede entry/exit and most likely get kicked or stepped on. From the photos it looks like there is a long extension from the vent opening to the grid piece. Maybe a shorter extension would help alleviate the problem I described, but as is, I'd pass.

Not to take anything away from Mabett, but there's a similar vent on eBay for the F-150 that may not extend as far into the foot well. They are offered with or without an extender, so I'm guessing they might be shorter. I do not want to compromise Mabett's contributions to the MTC, so I'm not posting any links.
