I can provide after-sales support. Was this pulled during use, or was it pressed or damaged by something?Had high hopes for these - busted the plastic guide on both the first time I used them to secure EMT conduit. Essentially ruins the retracting feature since the strap now gets all caught up in the broken spot.
For reference - I've been using rhino retractable straps mounted to the bed rail threads for months now and haven't been able to damage them in the slightest.

Haven't seen this addressed yet. When installing it to the existing tie down at the end of the bed near the tailgate, it leaves a gap where the existing tie down moves to behind the mounting plate. Is there a bracket that can be made to close that gap so it has a solid footing on the bed wall? I think Maxzina does this.

Thanks for your feedback. You’re right—there is definitely room for improvement regarding the gap at the rear tie-down, which would allow the mounting plate to fit more securely against the bed wall.
Looking forward to the update. I purchased one, and I'm new to the Maverick world. If its possible down the road, to have it as an accessory piece to purchase so we don't have to purchase a whole new set.
