Do you hear any rattle from it when your driving down the road?

Do you have a side shot and a driver's view of this? Curious about its profile. Thanks.
No Hood flutter on mine before or after installed .checked at 80 mph . no pics of side shot . from drivers view cannot see sitting normally but if I lean forward I can see top edge which helps me when parking . gives perspective of were front of truck is which I like .

If I get notice that is being built, I am going to order another cubby for the bed. Might tap into one of them and mount a spot that I can add a USB charger or 12v cigarette plug so I can plug a phone in while surf fishing.

I also plan on cutting boards for the bed and making some fishing rod holders.

How raised is it? Could pine needles or whatnot get under it?

EDIT, lost part of the post.
I have an XL and an XLT lux on order.

For the XL

Cubbies for the bed

More bed tie downs

For the XLT

trailer hitch cover

For both.

Rubber floor mats

Check to make sure that my car insurance will cover the windshield since lots of people have posted about them cracking when a rock hits them and they seem to be more expensive than in older cars.

Extended warranty. We are retired so it looks like from a discount seller like Flood Ford we can get a 60k/8 year $50 deductible extended Premium care (the best) Ford extended warranty for around 900. We are retired and have a different car that we will use for road trips so we will not put a lot of miles on the Maverick so we should not exceed 60K miles in the first 8 years. Higher mileage extended warranties are a lot more expensive so I do not know if we would get one if it cost a lot more. This will be our first Ford and it is still a real new model so we are a bit concerned about how reliable it will be. With inflation we are also concerned about how much repairs might cost 6+ years from now.

All Weather mats are probably a high priority, even for those that get factory ones and realize they aren't the best coverage.

It has been about 17 years since I owned a truck.

My short list:

1. Tonneau ( love my Bak MX4 from Real Truck)
2. All Weather Mats
3. Hood bug deflector ( looking for a non 3m mount that doesn't have issues like the AVS )
4. Window Bug deflectors ( not the current Lund ones)

Long time truck owner, mainly F150 and my first mod is always all weather floor mats and usually then AVS window guards for rain protection when window is cracked.

Had zero issues with the deflector sold by Ford. Sticks on great, no flutter, no noise. Better than the inevitable chips in the hood paint Fords are known for.

So I've got a few things for myself (waiting for that truck yet...)

A NomNomTech cubby block and a phone vent-mount holder,
Non-OEM all-weather floormats (3D)
Non-OEM mudguards (Rokblock)
Raised tailgate letters from Etsy
Non-OEM door sill protectors (TufSKINZ)

and I am thinking about the following:
Vredestein Pinza tires
Tonneau
I still need my rachet straps, a couple of canvas bags to put sharps into so I don't scratch up the under-seat bins, a hitch or shackle, ice scraper, and if I'm feeling extra ambitious, a heavy tow strap (less for me to help others, and more for others to help me lol)
and the all important hood deflector.

About deflectors, I'm really disappointed because on MTC there are only a few useful threads about these. Normally the three major kinds of deflectors are discussed interchangeably and its very confusing about which ones have issues and which ones don't. If someone asks you for pictures, please post them. For some of these, there are still no pictures of what they actually look like from any angle apart from the one on the store page.

About 1 inch behind it . easy to sponge out for washing or using leaf blower to clean out leaves and other debris . my maverick is garaged so don't have much problem with leaves and such .
