I really appreciate everyone's responses. We plan on keeping which ever truck we buy for at least 10+ years. We also plan on doing quite a bit of towing and touring around the US. The thing that also has me doing circles is the fact that the 2024 EB Maverick is $6100.00 less than the cost of the 2025 EB Maverick.
My thoughts, keep your eye's open on the MY24 that's been sitting on dealers lots for quite a long time now due to the backup camera recall causes an absolute NO Sale until the recall fix is release and applied to them. MY25's are already being built and delivered to customers. I would feel sure dealers will be making deals to get them off the lots, after paying floor plan and/or interest for so long. Wouldn't surprise me to see ford offering some incentives on them to help dealers sell them. You can do a search on fords website for inventory within whatever distance you would be willing to travel. Just a thought.... Oh, you may want to recheck that price difference, I would assume around $600 +/- difference for similarly equipped..... $6100.00 can't be accurate unless I'm missing something. Either way, I think you'll really like the little truck regardless of which version, year, etc that you choose. Good Luck!

Well we have went and bought our new truck. We decided to go with the 2024 Maverick XLT AWD EcoBoost. It was the dealership that really made the difference. They treated us with respect and did not pressure us at all to make a decision on the spot. Oh and the price was not shabby either. We saved about $7500 by going with the 2024. Thanks for everyone's comments they really helped us make the right decision.
