Yep that has happened plenty times to me. I used to do nothing but put sets of screw/studs into a plate to be pressed in. Did it on a line It was about a dozen of the same sized ones, 8 similar but bigger, and 4 nuts that came in a totally different package. Did it usually 250 times a day. Those 4 odd nuts were the most common to constantly get lost and grab another set.I'll bet Pedro set those down, took a sip of coffee and then forgot. Grab four more screws and continue.
I do that at least daily.
