I've got a different email address (and a cell phone number you can text) that he disclosed in a member only video. I think he forgot to update it on the YouTube Member Page. I'll see if I can figure out which video it was so I can point you at it.

Edit: I am back already. It is in the video titled "Member Perks Information" that Sarah (blonde and looks nothing like Tim) put out around July 22nd. The video preview has her face on it. Email and Members Only Phone number are said and flashed on screen at about 30 seconds into the video.
Thanks, I'll check that out again - I watched it when I first joined but forgot obviously! I actually stopped in and met Tim and Sarah last week while traveling through Kansas. They gave me a lot tour - got to see several Mavericks in different colors. They are great folks!

My plan for my 2023 Maverick Hybrid is a Lariat in Alto Blue (that might change once my 2022 XMT EB arrives if I don't like the dark blue as much as I think I will). If they decide to offer Eruption Green I will instantly change my order to that. If not, and I decide not to go with the blue, I'm going with Cactus Gray. There is a CG Maverick I pass every day on the way to work and it looks good.

I half considered ordering a 2023 Bronco Sport instead of a Maverick just so I could get Eruption Green. However, I really want the pickup bed and I have no real desire to have that 3 cylinder EcoBoost nor would I spend what a Badlands costs to get the 2.0 EB.

Still, FORD WE WANT ERUPTION GREEN!!!!!!!
Dude......no joke I was also thinking of getting a Bronco sport or a Ranger just to have Eruption Green :unsure:

Just got off the phone with Darren from Long McArthur. Very nice gentleman and was very informative.

He informed me just about everything Tim has already said. New 2023 orders will get a priority code of 15 when entered (22 MY rollovers get 10 or 11) so that is cool

Now to wait and see what the order guides say

I think Darren is my assigned sales rep as well. Tim will still track and check all the member orders to ensure nothing weird is happening, but we will technically be farmed out to other salespeople equally across the dealership.

You know what is fun? I just looked at a screenshot of a spreadsheet and it looks like they have a "Darin L" as well as a Darrin S". They also have a Darik!

Sweet were order buddies ;)

Darren sounds like he's very overwhelmed right now, he told me he had 11 other people texting him while he was talking with me.

I believe everything will be g2g whenever the order banks/guides go live. This will be my first New car purchase/order so I'm still new to all of this

Just to be clear, isn't the COVP the physical order and the Buyers order would be like a sales order (meaning this is the price I'm paying, no more/less)?

He is also going to send me a copy of the DORA whenever he gets it

Honestly I would just sit back and not ask for anything for a week or so. They know what they are doing and will not mess you around. As long as you get the "thanks for the order" email from Ford Corporate either tonight or tomorrow (should be almost immediate after they send in your order), then sit back and wait.

After things settle down you can ask for a copy of the approved ROVP/COVP if you want. Some of those items don't populate until a few days after it is submitted. So might as well let things simmer a bit before asking for a copy.

Forgive me for not reading the entire thread…

I have a MY22 order at my local dealer that is unscheduled. I put in an order with LM. So my questions are:

I get priority code 11, new (non MY22 order holders) get priority 15?

I can use my private offer with LM?

the salesperson assigned to me has been great thus far,but they weren’t sure. They said they hope @fordvideoguy would be back tomorrow with some answers

All that being said, very excited about my LM order!

Got my order confirmation email at 1:57 AM this morning. Pacific Time. I am assumuming they got them in last night sometime and the email system was still choking until later when it sent out the notices. I saw some other folks who ordered from other dealerships saying they watched their dealer put the order in and they did not get the email until 90 minutes to a few hours later. So not surprised I got mine in the middle of the night.

Yes, from everything we have heard so far, you can use your private offer with LM.

Tim mentioned offhand/spur of the moment that maybe there would be a way to offer a better priority code to people who did not get scheduled for a 2022 and "came over" from other dealerships to LM for their reorder. One way to do it would be to give his/the LM rollovers from 22 a priority 10, the new LM orders a 15 or 19 or whatever, and any of the "came over to LM for their a reorder" something in the middle.

But then folks started commenting about how much of a headache that would be for him, and how it would be tough to weed out the scammers who just claim they did not get their 2022 scheduled, etc.... People being unscrupulous and simply looking for a shortcut to getting a Maverick. Sure, LM could ask to see a copy of the 2022 build sheet to prove the person had a 2022 order, but even that doesn't mean much since anyone could send over a 2022 build sheet. Even someone who took delivery of their 2022. He also said he would need to clear it with his General Manager, etc..

Would not hurt to ask, but I would not hold out much hope of getting a better priority code that anyone else. Still worth it in my opinion to order from LM.

Totally get that, I gave my salesperson proof of my MY22 order. Hopefully they can come through with this
