I installed the lasfit back up bulbs on my 24 XLT HYBRID, they are working well, with no hyper flashing at all. They seem to be doing what they are supposed to and they do supply more light when reversing.

The color of the ED needs to match the red lenses. Please don't put amber in there. If Lasfit is recommending that, they are wrong.
The brake/turn lens is red, correct? Then why are red LEDs being put in? Wouldn't that make the red darker and the driver come up will not be able to tell that the vehicle is stopping.
I would think white would be best.

My Lastfit LED tail break LED lights failed 3 times (always a single one).
At 1st they sent me a replacement, then told me last week that the LED lights they used to have is not good for the Maverick truck and they removed it from their website.
They refunded my purchase and sent the message below :

"Hello,
We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have gathered more customers' feedback and confirmed that our T3 series rear turn signal/brake/tail light bulbs still can't work stably on trucks.
They may have a shutdown issue in a short time or still hyper flash, so we put a note on our product page, stating "Not for Trucks".

It actually makes the red brighter and more intense to have a red LED in there. If you put white LEDs in there it will turn pink.

This is an old page but has some explanation and pictures:

That video was very informative. I was thinking that white would be better. But the light difference can be seen in the picture. I guess I will be putting RED in when the Maverick gets here in January or January February 2025. Oh yes, warmer weather also.
>>Temp got up to 25 degrees & I went ahead & put the RED ALLA LEDs in along w/the backup bulbs from Lasfit. What a difference.

If you want LEDs for the rear brake/turn signals your best option is the diode dynamic bulbs. As like others have already mentioned lasfit no longer makes them for the rear. Lasfit only makes the front parking lights/turn signals which I do like and they're bright but they're not a true Amber.

It might be hard to tell in the picture but they're like a dull Amber is how I describe it.

Well the replacement bulbs lastfit sent the OP are Amber not red. IMO amber bulbs behind a red tail light lens isn’t gonna look right
Agreed. I was answering someone else who asked about white LEDs in there. I already had mentioned that amber isn't right.

I will say this...I've had a few issue with their LED brake lights and they've sent me replacement bulbs (LASFIT) for some bulbs they aren't even selling anymore. I've bought through Amazon and provided my order numbers to them.

They are an honest company. I absolutely did not expect replacement bulbs for the 2nd time.

I have an interesting result concerning the hyperflash issue. I have a 24 Ecoboost and I Installed Lasfit T3’s. As a separate project, I blackended my tail light asseblies and the result was the lenses turned very dark. Even with the recommended FORScan mods to disable the front and rear BCM settings, they hyperflashed most of the time.

I ended up reinstalling the OEM bulbs, but found the tail and brake lights to have inadequate brightness to the point of dangerous when the sun was low in the west sky and I was traveling east. I just couldn’t live with it.

So I bought new taillight assemblies and installed them with the regular bulbs. The brightness improved greatly. After some time I decided to try the T3’s in the new assemblies, and to my amazement, they work very well without any hyperflash. I tried it with the engine off and the voltage at about 12.6 several times and then with engine running and voltage at about 14.5. Absolutely NO HYPERFLASH!

They look great so I will continue to use the T3’s hoping that the hyperflash doesn’t return.

Well, my taillight leds lasted almost 2 years before one failed.
My bed light bulbs have failed twice.
My front turn signals are still working.

I’m done with Lasfit.
