Yep. People on the Transit forum have easily replaced the non-replaceable batteries in their keypads. There are how-to videos.
On my Transit(not Connect), I've had the keypad for about 9 years and the battery is just fine. These are the same keypads.

🤫From its own builtin non replaceable battery (so in a few years you need to buy a new keypad😂)!
what, battery shouldn't be that bad and die just in few years. I expect it lasts 10 years.
