I was looking into that I might have to do this. I want to talk to my neighbor first and ask them if anything has changed and if they are having problems with their key fobs even though they don’t have fords. And to jb cb900 point I do know that and I’m thinking it may be that just because to me it almost sounds like data vs just static if you know what the difference is. That’s why I want to go knock on their door first
Your situation is very troubling. I really hope you find out the solution. Let us know when you find out what it is.

You can report the jamming to FCC, Potentially the 24/7 hotline.
the OP definitely needs to do this next, but I have no idea about response time since the effect seems relatively small.

the fcc absolutely does send techs out with scanning gear, though. I was a teen in the early 90s and was at a friend's house when they knocked on his door. a guy explained who he worked for and that there was radio leakage in the house interfering with aircraft landing systems. (for real, not the bs they tell you on a commercial flight.)

tech walked around with a handheld and zeroed in quickly on an old tv, unplugged it, plugged it back in, and then unplugged a signal converter from a cable set top box to the antenna coax. tested again, put the converter in his pocket, and walked around another minute at most before stating he seized the device as faulty and the problem was resolved.

it was so damn strange, that's why I still remember it well. anyway, the OP's jamming might be something completely unrelated that is just failing including but definitely not limited to led lights, or it could be his neighbor screwing around with some kind of hacking device.

In 1990's I lived a few miles north of DFW airport main runway. I could go outside and see the aircraft turning to line up with runway. If I was on my cell phone while standing in my front yard there was about a 2 out of 3 chance my call would be dropped about the time the plane finished it's turn. Was so predictable that I would tell my caller "if this call is interrupted I'll call you back in a few seconds". Presumably some kind of cell signal blocker while plane was locking into it's glide path??? I could move left or right 20-30 feet and it would not happen. Did not drop nearly as many calls inside house. Could happen several planes in a row every few minutes as they lined up
