Ordered Hybrid Lariat, silver in color. Options: Luxury, Co-pilot 360, splash guards, protective film on the hood and fenders, passenger side tool box and bed lighting.

Original order to dealer was on 7/27 but not made to Ford until 10/22 when my dealer discovered that they didn't actually order with Ford, just let it sit in their files until they discovered that they weren't doing it right and asked me to come in and place my order and deposit almost 3 months later. That's a little disappointing when you discover that you have been waiting to hear about your order for 3 months and find out that it has not been ordered with Ford yet. Fortunately, I am one of the more mature persons (in age) on this site and can handle the stress since I have seen much worse in my life. I am not happy about the situation but can accept the fact that some people do make mistakes.

When I first ordered it in July, I had also ordered it with the bed cover. The dealer suggested that I leave the bed cover off to speed things up. As you can see, I am still waiting like a lot of you others here. Have had no other notice except that Ford has my order.

Edit: I forgot. Dealer is in Columbia, KY and I live outside a small town in Central KY.

Changed to 10/13. Then changed to 10/27
Got it earlier than estimated.
Delivered to dealer 10/30. Took possession 1/2

When I went to order on 12/13 I checked with Jack Kain. They told me they weren't taking any orders. Paul Miller Ford told me it'd be a year. Then I called Frankfort and the guy said he'd take my order. I was a little nervous ordering with a small dealer so I called Byerly Ford in Louisville. The guy told me 3-4 months so i placed my order with him. Ford took the order on 12/14 and I have my VIN# with a build date of 2/21. I know I lucked out somehow and I think ordering from a larger dealer had something to do with it.
