Just Purchased the improved Lasfit T3 Switchbacks

Just purchased T3 lasfit switchbacks for my 24 XLT. I hate halogen bulbs. Has anyone else installed these? Improved life and zero hyperflash they say. Eventually every bulb will be LED. I wished Ford added all LED lights.
Bulbs come in tomorrow. For $60 i hope they last at least 2 years.

I have them on my 23 XLT. They worked great but ran into issues after having the turn signal recall done this weekend. The bulbs still work correctly but now stuck with a hyperflash signal on the dash. I have LASFIT replacements for all my bulbs so not sure if its the fronts, rears, or both that are triggering this. Annoying but at least the bulbs still work as intended.

I had the Lasfit T3 for a while now - no issues with hyperflash, but I haven't taken the Maverick in for recalls yet.

I have the newer T3s on the front. No problems after the recall was done. Several have reported problems with the rear LEDs though.

Can you share the part number for the switchbacks? I got the older version about 6 months ago, and they are too bright for my liking. My understanding is the upgraded versions are not as bright. How do they look to you? Thanks.

I had the recall done 2 weeks ago and next day had the hyper flash which never had before. Changed all lights to Lasfit 6 months ago.

In your experience bulbs haven’t lasted two years? My last vehicle I had for 10 years without needing a bulb replacement. I don’t think I’ve replaced a bulb on any vehicle going back to 1996 when I was driving an 84 VW Rabbit.

We are talking about Lasfit LED, they don't have the best reliability.

These are the newer T3 switchbacks for the front of the XL and XLT (not Lariat). I have these on the front and no problems after the recall. It's the backs (maybe just the older ones) that seem to be a problem. LASFIT T3 4257NA 4257

I hear you but then is this really an upgrade? I’ve read a bit on the LED bulbs but why go through the time and trouble with the flashing if they don’t even last long. To each their own I guess

just a heads up, lasfit does offer an exchange program. If you have the older bulbs, you submit a request and send them the older bulbs.
